The House
Palmeras Beach House is perfect for big families or groups, if you are traveling with friends and other families/couples, having two different units in the same house makes the property ideal for coziness and privacy for everyone!
The house is great for working travelers, we offer two separate working spaces for our guests with high speed internet.
Rainy days, no to worry, we have a shuffleboard table, board games and two comfortable and spacious living rooms w/ 65 and 75 in TVs (this one has cinema style reclining sofa)
The Backyard
Enjoy the oasis vibes and warm Florida weather in our huge, fenced backyard along with a family of Seahawks who live in the trees! You can relax on the comfortable rocking lounge chairs for sun bathing or have quality time with friends and family having dinner in our outdoor dining table and living room. And to close the perfect evening chill around a fire in our fire pit.
Perfect for kids and pets! You can play a match of volleyball or badminton!

For more than two centuries, Vilano Beach has been the beach that locals go to and it is only 6 min walking distance. It’s a choice spot north of St. Augustine popular for its casual atmosphere, quiet ambiance, and natural surroundings.
